March 19-22, 2024 – Arlington, Texas
United Real Estate recently gathered its network of affiliated professionals, industry leaders, and experts at the Elevate 2025 national conference in Arlington, Texas. This event featured opportunities for networking, recognition, and professional development through expert panels and workshops with notable speakers such as Jared James, Coach Micheal Burt, and John Israel, known as “Mr. Thank You.”
Key Initiatives Announced
During the conference, several important initiatives and programs were launched to enhance the support and resources available to agents:
-
Proprietary Resi-Investment Curriculum:
A 12-course curriculum aimed at empowering agents in real estate investment will be rolled out. This program, which includes mentorship, is available at no cost to affiliates and is set to begin on June 30, 2024. The value of this training typically amounts to thousands of dollars per month in external coaching. -
Bullseye Marketplace:
This new platform offers a singular access point for agents to utilize pre-negotiated partnerships with various vendors, facilitating cost-effective solutions for their business needs. Initial offerings include discounted Zillow Showcase listings, high-definition photography, and health club memberships, with more to follow in 2025. -
Financial Wellness Program Milestone:
United’s innovative financial model allowed affiliates to retain over $150 million more in commission compared to those at traditional brokerages in 2024. The Financial Wellness Program, launched in July 2023, reported the elimination of $4.3 million in debt and empowered agents to achieve earlier retirement goals with assistance from a wealth planning fiduciary partner. -
LeadBoost Expansion:
The LeadBoost platform has delivered significant marketing support, yielding 32 million impressions and 23,000 leads over the past year. New targeted lead programs, including Luxury Marketing and Video Marketing Leads, will streamline the conversion process for agents using the Bullseye CRM.

Our agents deserve better, and we will continue to innovate so they can thrive.”
Despite the ongoing challenges within the real estate market, marked by a 13% increase in agent transactions, President Rick Haase expressed optimism: “I have never seen a market that didn’t have enough business for well-prepared and supported agents and brokers.”
