2025 Sell-A-Bration Conference Set for Nashville
The Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) is gearing up for its 37th annual Sell-A-Bration® conference, scheduled to take place from March 17 to 19, 2025, at the newly updated Omni Nashville Hotel.
Global Participation
This year’s conference promises a diverse assembly of real estate professionals, with confirmed attendees from ten different countries, including:
- United States
- Argentina
- Canada
- Colombia
- Costa Rica
- Peru
- Portugal
- Spain
- Ukraine
- Philippines
In the U.S. alone, representatives from 47 states are expected to join the event.
A Visionary Gathering
Vivian Macias, CRS and president of the RRC, emphasized the importance of the conference, stating, “Sell-A-Bration has become the essential event where the brightest stars in our industry gather to exchange ideas, forge meaningful connections, and gain actionable strategies from the leading minds in real estate.”
Conference Highlights
With an anticipated turnout of up to 1,000 participants, the conference will focus on education and networking, providing top-producing Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), RRC members, and REALTORS® with vital insights to bolster their business capabilities and forge new referral networks.
Educational Opportunities
The conference will kick off with two pre-conference workshops:
- “In It to Win It: 101 Ways to Engage and More” featuring CRS Instructors Frank Serio, CRS, and James Nellis, CRS.
- “AI Tools: Better Prompts, Better Results” with instructor Dale Carlton, CRS, which contributes towards RRC’s AI Certification.
Keynote Presentations
This year’s keynote speakers include:
- Morris Morrison: A futurist, author, and entrepreneur, who will deliver a session entitled “Disrupt Yourself: Driving Change to Create Growth and Opportunity.” He will share insights from his inspirational journey and discuss strategies for embracing change in the evolving real estate landscape.
- Brett Culp: An award-winning documentary filmmaker, set to present “Superhero Leadership in Uncertain Times.” His talk aims to inspire attendees to cultivate leadership and unite their communities through shared values and goals.

The event will also showcase an exhibit hall featuring specialized business solutions tailored for high-performing residential real estate professionals. Highlighted organizations include:
