In a significant development for the San Fernando Valley, Stan Kroenke, owner of the Los Angeles Rams, has announced plans for a sprawling 52-acre mixed-use project in Woodland Hills, approximately 30 miles from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood. - 3 million square feet allocated for high-rise and mid-rise residential buildings, including live-work spaces
- Nearly 2 million square feet for office, retail, and hotel purposes
The total projected cost of the initiative is estimated to exceed $10 billion, with construction expected to commence by 2027.
