A notable property in Los Angeles, long owned by the iconic actress Raquel Welch, has recently been sold for $3.1 million, a little over two years following her passing in early 2023 at the age of 82. This Mediterranean-style villa, located in the prestigious Beverly Glen Circle neighborhood of Bel Air, was first placed on the market a year ago with an initial asking price of $4 million. After a price adjustment to $3.7 million, it ultimately found a buyer in British film producer Justin Hyne. Notably, the sale price surpassed the $2.5 million Welch acquired the property for in 2009 by just $600,000.
The real estate listing was managed by experienced agents: Ernie Carswell and Lloyd Ross from Douglas Elliman, alongside Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates. The buyer was represented by Ariel Belkin of The One Luxury Properties.
