Jeremy Raby, the broker/owner of ERA Real Solutions Realty, noted the increasing trend of second-home buyers and retirees from Ohio purchasing properties in Southwest Florida. By merging with Naples Realty Services, Raby aimed to retain these clients within the company rather than refer them to external brokerages. This strategic move secures a foothold in one of the fastest-growing markets in the United States.
The Southwest Florida operations of ERA Real Solutions Realty will now include four offices and nearly 200 agents.
