The partnership kicks off with the launch of the Q1 2025 Luxury Market Report, a quarterly publication designed to present key market data that assists affluent buyers and sellers in making well-informed real estate decisions. The report indicates a robust start to 2025, featuring cautious optimism and renewed activity among buyers and sellers.

  • Increased Inventory: A notable 26.3% rise in single-family home inventory and a 27.3% uplift for condominiums and townhomes compared to 2024.
  • Rising Sales: Sales for single-family homes climbed by 9.4%, while sales for condominiums and townhomes increased by 2.4% over the same period.
  • Long-term Transactions: The majority of transactions are now focused on long-term objectives such as relocation, upsizing, or securing secondary homes, moving away from short-term investments.
