Situated at the intersection of Harrison and Hudson streets, the building is owned by Cirrus Real Estate Partners. It remains uncertain whether this new location will serve as a flagship store or if it represents a relocation from the brand’s current studio, which operates out of 260 West 39th Street in Manhattan’s Garment District.
Real Estate Insights
While the terms of the lease, including duration and rental rate, have not been disclosed, it is notable that retail rents in Manhattan averaged $659 per square foot during Q1 2025, according to CBRE’s findings. Representatives from CBRE, Danielle Frankel, and Cushman & Wakefield, which is associated with the property listing, have not provided comments regarding the move.
