Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Heritage Group Acquires Advantage Realty Partners
In a strategic move to enhance its presence in Middle Tennessee, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Heritage Group has successfully acquired Advantage Realty Partners (A.R. Partners) located in Manchester, Tennessee. This acquisition serves to broaden the firm’s service area and market share.
Recent Collaborations and Growth
This announcement follows the collaboration with Baker and Cole Properties last November, which has since been rebranded as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Baker and Cole. With these developments, the newly formed entity now operates three offices and employs around 80 sales associates.
Leadership and Future Direction

The merger promises significant benefits for the newly affiliated agents. They will gain access to Be Better University®, an award-winning professional development platform, alongside various business-building resources. Furthermore, agents can utilize the sophisticated marketing tools offered through the brand’s exclusive luxury marketing platform, the Distinctive Collection by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate®.
