The sublease agreement encompasses a remaining term of 46 months at the property situated at 1 East Broward Boulevard. Platinum Properties represented Alms Health in this transaction, with Steven Evans and Brian Peer acting as their representatives.
Financial Overview
Valued at approximately $1.8 million, the sublease has a asking rate of $24 per square foot annually. Core Construction plans to commence operations in their new office on April 1, and they intend to remain in the space even after the expiration of the current lease.
